Eligibility for Returns:

  • We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • We do not accept returns on products that have been used or opened due to hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team at hello@perfectbrows.com.au to initiate the return process. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, proof of purchase and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).

  3. Return Shipment: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and ship them back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.

Refund Process:

  • Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.
  • If approved, we will process a refund for the returned item(s) to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Notes:

  • Returns that do not meet our policy criteria may not be accepted or may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our policy.
